At SOLE THERAPY we are one of the first podiatry practices to use Foot Mobilisation Therapy (FMT) as a manual therapy. This therapy in combination with our acupuncture and dry needling techniques have been widely researched and can help reduce pain and dysfunction naturally. Toenail surgery or a partial nail avulsion (PNA) is a common procedure performed at SOLE THERAPY to effectively and safely treat an ingrown toenail. An ingrown toenail is a nail that has pierced (or is pressing) against the adjacent skin of the toe. They can become painful, red, hot, swollen and sometimes infected. If the ingrown nail is recurrent or extremely painful and unable to be treated with conservative measure then this procedure is recommended.

K-Laser is a drug free pain management solution administered by your SOLE THERAPY podiatrist. K- Laser delivers red and near infrared wavelengths of light to produce a therapeutic effect. Laser therapy is a great alternative for patients who find the idea of dry needling or acupuncture a bit daunting. SOLE THERAPY has found great success with laser therapy for both acute and chronic injuries.  

SOLE THERAPY uses the latest and most effective laser to treat fungal nails and warts. K-Laser is a simple and effective tool that uses the power of red and inafred wavelengths. Deep and even heating of the nail bed stimulates the killing of fungus. Prolotherapy is an injection-based treatment used for chronic (long term) musculoskeletal conditions that have not responded to SOLE THERAPY's conservative therapies. Since chronic pain is caused by injured or weakened connective tissue such as ligaments or tendons, prolotherapy can help substantially alleviate pain through strengthening the injured area and reducing inflammation.
